About me

Introduction	I am a wife, mom and professional, living the dream in an idyllic town in northeast Iowa. Many people who live where I do have been successful adapting to the principles of simple living and mindfulness. I am not one of those people. My days are fueled by caffeine and my restful moments supplemented by Fritos and Chardonnay. I wear yoga pants because they stretch, withstand stains and go with everything. Still, it's a beautiful life, one I am tremendously grateful to have, and I like to write about it and the people in it here. Namaste.
