| Introduction | Started running in September 2007.Moved to NZ in 2008 ran my first Marathon in Christchurch in 3:40. That was in June 2008 my next race was a 21k mountain run in Jan 2009 which took me 3:03. I ran 8 more Mountain 21k's and have about 12 this year 2010. I am writing this blog to remind myself of how I'm doing and how I done it. |
