| Introduction | I left to switzerland after high school to become a chef. I stayed with my grandparents for three months learning german and... After that I passed my first term of school but I was not confident enough to contiue so I made an intership at a hotel in the mountains of central switzerland. I then passed my second term of school. I fell in love with desserts and bread, so I decided I would go see that side of the culinary world for three months. I only lasted 2 months (got fierd)so in a matter of a couple days I got all my things together and flew to brazil to work with my roomate for school. so far so good |
