Introduction	The writer is an active member of Nasional Association of Smallholders, Malaysia (NASH). Currently, he is the member of the Executive Board of NASH. He is also a member of Smallholders Taskforce of The Roudtable for Sustainable Palm Oil(RSPO). Having a vast experience in the industry, he would like to share views with other stakeholders. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science (Hons) from USM, majoring in Rural Development. He is currently a training consultant for RSPO, and consistently provides seminars and trainings for smallholders throughout Malaysia and Indonesia
