| Introduction | Wine Wine and oh Wine. I love tasting selling researching wine and making my customers happy. My current favorite wines are French and American Grenache Mourvedre and Syrah blends. My second favorite is Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot and Syrah blends or just straight varietals. Now keep in mind Wine reps and Wine makers come into my store with new wines to taste weekly so my favorites change almost all the time. I started out being a Champagne super freak and now I am a Spanish super freak :) Nothing and I mean nothing goes on my shelves unless I taste it first. So yes I have tasted that bottle and yes it would not be in my store unless I thought it was special in some form or another. I also was a Chef in my past life and have my Culinary Degree. Slowly creating recipes and typing them up to make a cook book one day. I am excellent at food and wine pairings. I would say 50% of my customers come in here to find a wine that will pair with what ever they are serving. |
