Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I don't really like the feeling of things around my neck. I start to feel claustrophobic - like I'm never going to be able to get the thing off my neck & I won't be able to breathe.....It's why I don't wear turtlenecks & why I only wear necklaces very infrequently.
