| Introduction | Everyone who knows me sees me as someone who is happy all the time but inside I am not even sure of what happiness means. I love the outdoors because it connects me to something peaceful. I come across as strong but inside I am full of fear. Most people would think I am confident but inside I feel a complete lack of self esteem. I am living in a world that I don't even know anymore. I feel alone, and disconnected, misunderstood, and angry. I need to learn to let go, and this is my process of trying. |
