About me

Introduction	I'm a wife and mother who spends more time in the kitchen every day than any other room in the house. I believe in eating to live well and I try to provide a healthy, balanced, ecologically friendly diet for my family while minding our budget. I enjoy being creative with my cooking because cooking is hard work and being creative keeps me interested. Creative food can be more fun to eat too. I am blessed to have a spouse who helps me in the kitchen and does most of the hard work in our seasonal garden. We happily approach the fruitful work of raising our children with an awareness and appreciation for the balanced relationship between what we eat, how we grow our food, and how we live our lives. As we teach our kids, we are learning also. God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, has blessed us with much and we want to share the blessings with others.
