| Introduction | I've never written a blog before. But, I do want to share the lessons I learn when I mediate from inside my closet! Yes, that's right. My closet! These entries are my AHA moments from in my closet. It's the only place where I am away from noise and can be alone without interruption. Everyday well mostly, there is a lesson to be learned. Everyday, a new understanding. I would like people to find this blog and get something out of my thoughts and transformational moments. I would like to know that somehow, this helps people. I would like people to know that know matter what they have gone through, change happens. While we don’t realize it at the time, it is all for a purpose that will unfold at some point. You just have to believe and know that it is true… I hope you will follow me on my journey and that each day the lessons I learn, will impact you in positive ways. It doesn’t matter where you are, look around, there is always something to be grateful for, even if it is just sitting in your closet!
