Introduction	Well Im a 6ft 4, big bear type of guy who has been cooking all his life and a few years ago decided to take the plunge get my culinary degree and head into the profession. Sadly I will be returning to school soon to change professions again, since there are a lot of things that happen behind the scenes in the restaurant industry that I am not fond of. But my love for cooking shall continue. I am 36, single and the owner of a lovely pekingnese named Colette.
