| Introduction | I was born in Dublin, Ireland, and transplanted to Canada a thousand years ago. I'm married with no children, and been in sales & management in the high tech industry for about 25 years with AT&T, Sun and a few others. I'm an INFP on the Myers-Briggs profiles, which makes me an idealist. Apparently I rely heavily on intuition, and I don't like to deal with hard facts and logic. Gotta wonder how I reconciled that with my life in technology. These softer/emotional aspects of my personality drew me to the Camino de Santiago, the 800 kilometer/500 mile pilgrimage trail that runs across northern Spain. I walked the Camino once before, in 2003. I've wanted to do it again since I left Spain six years ago. Now, here I am in 2009 with airplane ticket in hand, off to see the wizard... |
