Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?

I think that depends on the nature of the fish. Are these capitalist fish we're talking about here? Yes? Okay, then, yeah, I think some fish might like a bicycle, for the sheer sake of owning something shiny. In addition, there are a lot of other reasons why one might need a bicycle, and I'm sure the fish would find a creative use for it.
