| Introduction | Above all things, my life is about Jesus Christ, without Him, I'm nothing and my life has no meaning or purpose. My life before knowing Him was empty and cold, and now He has filled me with love and warmth and purpose. I only rock out for The Rock now, and that's Jesus! :) I'm a Christian hard rock guitarist originally from Saint John, NB, Canada (and will always be a Canuck at heart no matter what! ,\m/). I now live in Culpeper, VA, USA with my wife, 2 girls, and our cats and dogs. I'm also a Senior Network Engineer (Cisco & Juniper stuff) by day, and have active Cisco CCNP, CCIP, and CCDP certifications. That being said though, my life's true passion is Jesus, and the more I give Him my all, the better my life gets. The talents I have on guitar, as well as the many other blessings I have in my life, I have because God gave them to me. My family and I attend Mountain View Community Church here in Culpeper on Sundays, and are active in various ministries. The Lord has also called me into MVCC’s music ministry, and to be able to use the talents that God gave me on guitar for building His Kingdom is awesome! :) |

| Favorite music | Modern Worship music is by far my main musical interest, but being what I often refer to as an "80's leftover" and a shred-head, I'm also into a lot of guitar-oriented instrumental music, and John Petrucci from Dream Theater is by leaps and bounds my main guitar influence - no one even comes close to his ability on guitar AND his knowledge of how/when to play! |
| Favorite books | First and foremost is my Bible...number 1 without question...I use the "new NIV Men's Devotional Bible" and it's a huge blessing...After that, the Every Man series by Steven Arterburn, and I'm also reading She Calls Me Daddy by Robert Wolgemuth to help me be a better father to our two girls. |
