Introduction	I am currently studying for an Advanced Diploma in Adult Nursing and enduring all the trials and tribulations that go with it... And the joys, of course!
Interests	Unfortunately enough, one of my big interests is the NHS, hence my nurse training. It's a service I'm passionate about and I long to see it work effectively and efficiently. I believe we're fortunate to have such a service but feel that the government use the NHS as a toy to play with rather than a tool to build with. My desire is to improve the NHS throughout the country. How? Good question. I quite fancy the role of Chief Nursing Officer, or failing that, Nurse adviser for the Department of Health. Christine Beasley's just keeping my seat warm... ;) However, I do have something of a life outside of the NHS and enjoy viewing and studying Impressionist Art, supporting Arsenal (even if they did make the mistake of selling Henry), hiking and having my wonderful friends over for dinner. I'm a bit of a musician, love to study the Word and enjoy writing (obviously!).
