Introduction | I enjoy reading and writing, and my blog is dedicated to my literary passions and pursuits. I primarily write short stories and creative non-fiction/ memoir. My work has been published in My Friend magazine, Encounters magazine and Abanico literary journal. I enjoy reading pretty much anything, but I prefer classic and contemporary literary fiction, and memoirs. I also like Russian and Latin American literature. I am a solo practitioner at my own law firm, where I practice employment law and civil/constitutional rights litigation. I'm interested in the intersection of law and literature. I live in enchanted Albuquerque, New Mexico with my dogs Katie and Venus, and my cat Merlin. I'm originally from southern Pennsylvania, right near the border of Maryland, and I have a big family that still lives in that area. I have a BA from Sarah Lawrence College, where I concentrated in Literature and Creative Writing and Spanish, and a JD from the University of New Mexico School of Law. I studied abroad for a year in Madrid, Spain during college and I enjoy traveling anywhere and everywhere. I also like to run and ski. |
