| Introduction | When my first child was ready to move from purees to solid food, I struggled with what to feed him. When I looked online for help, I mostly found bulleted lists of food that didn't help me much. I know kids can eat these foods, but how were they cut, prepared, cooked, and served? So I hope these pictures serve as inspiration to other parents on what and how to feed their toddlers. It's not as hard as it seems at first! |
