Introduction	I'm 34 years old and have been living in Japan since 2001. I started racing when I was about 16, mainly mountain bikes and then moved to time trial racing as a form of cross training. Having taken several years off competitive cycling due to a knee injury I finally got the all clear in 2009 to start training and racing hard again. I'm currently sponsored by Pro-Lite and High5 Sports Nutrition.
