| Introduction | I am a PhD Research and Teaching Chemist originally from Hastings, Nebraska. My B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry are from the University of Nebraska and my PhD from Vanderbilt University. I have been married for forty years and have two daughters, both of whom are law graduates of the Columbus School of law in Washington D.C. Susan is reading for the Bar Exam, Lisa Teaches in Hawii, and is preparing for a career in teaching English as second language. I have been a Chemistry Teacher at The University of Georgia; University of Missouri St. Louis, Southwestern Illinois College and the St. Louis College of Pharmacy. I am currently retired and am engaged in tutoring chemistry students and in a special study of Neurochemistry, which is the purpose of this blog. |
