| Favorite movies | The Player. But there have been some more recent ones I've enjoyed, too. Looking forward to seeing Unbroken, but my poor sight and hearing have convinced me that home DVDs are the most enjoyable movie viewing. |
| Favorite music | Classical. 70s. Anything clever, such as Mannheimer Steamroller's timeless Christmas music. Bernstein's Symphonic Dances of West Side Story. Some Billy Joel's stuff. Thank goodness for music. |
| Favorite books | Recent ones are Unbroken, Jobs (Steve), Seabiscuit, most biographies, lots of FDR stuff, A Singular Woman, by Janny Scott, answered a lot of questions I had about how our President came to be the person he is. |
