Introduction | Growing up in Gary, IN sparked my interest in trees and the environment...can you believe it? It was there where industry, diversity and incredible ecosystems such as the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore flowed together. I went on to Purdue for my BS in Urban Forestry, Michigan State for an MS in the same and then years later my MBA at DePaul. As much as I love trees it has been the way trees make people feel and how people relate to trees that has the most meaning for me. The complexity of trees are no match for the complexity of people and their minds which led me to a lifelong study of the Enneagram. It has been the most powerful leadership and self-development tool I have ever encountered. I work on a team of the best tree people in the world, Bartlett Tree Experts--a company whose passion and scientific focus on trees is unmatched. Safety above all else and no one in our family gets hurt. |
