Introduction	I was in retail for 22 years, owned a travel agency for 13 years, worked for the government for 8 years,and am currently delivering "Meals on Wheels" to seniors in my County I have been cooking as a hobby for more than 50 years, and have had 2 recipes published in Taste of Home Books and Magazines. I also edited a cookbook for my Chamber of Commerce which sold 1,000 copies
