Introduction	I have been married to John for 27 years and my family keeps growing - at last count Sean and Olivia, Rebecca, Emily, Kate and Matt (James and Emma), Chris and Tamara (Arabella and Chantelle). After shoulder surgery last year I have been motivated to change my lifestyle - I now eat a mainly clean diet and train usually 6 days a week. I love to run and compete regularly. I love to create things - out of paper, material or beads, roller skate, and drink coffee. I spend way too much time on my computer. Did I say coffee? Must be latte time.....
