| Introduction | Guileless, shy, striped sort of proto-marsupials, Numbats look a bit like Australia's version of a squirrel. They are nearly extinct, in their heyday ranging across the continent. According to one source that I have read, they are the only diurnal marsupials, which is about where their similarity to me diverges. |
