| Introduction | From childhood, Kiere(ki-ear-E) Shaffer's strong creativity manifested itself intuitively across many mediums. She was intrigued by calligraphy, Egyptian hieroglyphics, and all the possibilities desktop publishing and layout brought to homes everywhere in the 1990s. In 2005, she began pursuing a BFA with an emphasis in graphic design under the tutelage of Allen Sheets and Thomas Anstadt. She began freelancing in 2009 and has continued to expand her portfolio with more challenging and diverse projects, never afraid to step out of her comfort zone.
