| Introduction | I am an IT Computer Specialist with over 10 years experience as a software developer, over 1 year experience in network administration, over 4 years teaching both technical and non-technical material and over 5 years experience resolving customer support problems, consistently maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction rating, which has lead to my receiving 5 consecutive monthly employee excellence awards. I’ve developed mission critical software and typically resolved support calls in a shorter than expected time, allowing me to spend time training the user to reduce their need for assistance. I enjoy challenges and sharing what I learn. I also own and operate 2 private companies where I teach principles of self-protection.
