| Introduction | In the spring of 2012 I learned that I have advanced degenerative disk disease. In the summer of 2013 Fibromyalgia was added as well as osteo-arthritis and the early on set of osteoporosis. After much drifting in a sea of self loathing and disgust I realize that while I can not heal my physical body, there are plenty of changes I can make that can have an effect physically as well as mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. I decided to change the focus of this blog to be an inspirational place to help keep me on track. And so the Journey begins... |
