Introduction	Those of you who know me know that I have one true love--chocolate. All other things including loved ones come after. As someone who has no self-control when it comes to treats, I'm constantly looking for healthy dishes to balance out my candy intake. Also, I'm in love with a seriously picky eater, so I'm also looking for dishes that he will eat and possibly gain some nutrients from. Luckily, I have some great cooks to turn to for help. Hopefully, this blog will introduce me to a few more and introduce the great cooks I already know to each other. I'm excited to try all the recipes that are posted here. Enjoy!
