Introduction	Stewart Spaull is a freelance writer and editor. He has extensive experience writing and editing several blogs (including an award-winning community blog), three years’ experience of report and procedure writing and editing, training, development work and management in a large Third Sector organization providing services to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, two years’ experience working in a local authority Social Services department (dealing with Court of Protection cases), and two years’ radio broadcasting experience. His debut crime fiction novel, Steps In The Shadows (the first in the Northern Quartet), was published in September 2012.
