| Introduction | Alan Kay of the Glasgow Group is a solutions focused change management consultant specializing in planning and implementation. His busy consulting practice counts some of North America’s larger organizations among its clients: Bayer, Bell Canada, CIBC, FedEx, IBM, RBC, TD Bank, and a wide range of not for profit sector clients. All of Alan's work is delivered using Solutions Focus which accelerates attitudinal and behavioural change within organizations. He teaches executives at the Schulich School of Business, York University, as well as Leadership and Collaboration for the Canadian Marketing Association. He is also a highly sought after moderator in Canada and Europe.
