Introduction	I was born in Los Angeles, and raised in Sacramento, California. I graduated with a BS from the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, and with a JD from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1974. I was admitted to the California State Bar in 1974, and to the Minnesota Bar in 1989. I served in the US Army JAGC, worked as general counsel and corporate attorney, a partner in a law firm, and started my own practice. I love the practice of law - and golf and biking. Minnesota is a great place to live - so life is good.
