| Introduction | My cycling career began in earnest with my first race in 1973. My technique and equipment have improved significantly since then. From a steel bike with friction shifting that didn't fit or shift well. Now riding a carbon fiber work of art with STI index shifting, that fits like it was custom made and shifts like a dream. Along the way I have ridden with some of the best riders around. I like to think that I have learned from them and have passed some of that along to others. |
