| Introduction | It's great to be able to combine my two favorite pastimes: writing and cooking. In Hala's cuisine, I share the in-the-kitchen part of my life, and a bit more. I grew up in Lebanon, moved to the States, and married a Mexican man. Naturally, my food is dominated by the Mexican and Lebanese cultures. I love healthy food. Of course, in my judgement as to which food is more healthy, Mexican or Lebanese, I am totally biased. |
