| Introduction | We have been married for three years now, and Ava will be two this june. Jake works at the Utah State Prison as a Corrections Officer in Maximun Security and is going to UVSC studying international business, and April is currently looking for work (never ever fun). |
| Interests | We like to camp, go four-wheeling, hang out with family and friends, and play tennis together. Jake likes to play basketball and go paintballing with his friends, April likes to do yoga and write, and Ava loves playing with other kids and singing. |
| Favorite movies | Some of the movies Jake and April like are Underworld, Wedding Crashers, Superbad, Knocked Up, "V" for Vendetta, Kill Bill, Without a Paddle, and The Italian Job. Ava LOVES her Baby Einstein series and all Disney movies. Especially "Pincess show" (Cinderella), "Nemo show" (Finding Nemo), "Ee-Aww show" (Shrek), and "Iffy show" (Shark Tale). |
| Favorite music | We all love Marc Broussard, Linkin Park, Flyleaf, Damian Marley, Outkast, Dr. Dre, Rob Zombie, Dave Matthews, and Missy Elliott. Jake LOVES Wu Tang, Godsmack, Red Man, Methodman, and Jay Z. April LOVES Paramore, Coheed and Cambria, Amy Winehouse, Fiona Apple, Bush, and Bonnie Raitt. We're going to a Linkin Park and Coheed and Cambria concert on March 3rd! YAY! |
| Favorite books | We both like Angels and Demons and the Davinci Code. Jake also loves all Dan Brown and Tom Clancy novels. A few of April's favorites are "The Red Hat Club", "The Diary of a Mad Bride", all of the Stephenie Meyers "Twilight" series, and Danielle Steele "Jewels". Ava loves books that are big with textures and a lot of pictures. She loves to identify everything in each picture, if not with a name, then with the sound it makes! |
