Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
i like scarfs... on other people...I always see everyone else wearing them and think to myself ah that's cute...but I am just not that fashion conscientious. Seriously I need a "what not to wear" makeover, feel free to nominate me any ol' time.
