| Introduction | Few moments in man's life seem as momentous at the time as they do in quite reflection years, or even decades, later. Yes... there are the biggies - getting married, the birth of a child, losing a parent. But the impact of even the smallest event can can have a profound impact on almost every aspect of a life. I was born on an Air Force base and I spent the next twelve years bouncing from one end of the globe to the other with my parents as my father reported for duty. The better half of my childhood years were spent in a small town called Peru, Indiana where I learned to love sweet corn, swim like a fish, work like a dog and love the sweet fragrance of home and county. I've lived in the south now for more than twenty one years, but I'm still a mid-westerner at heart. Husband, father of three and son. Those three monicers pretty much wrap it up. |
