| Introduction | Diana Yeoh is a familiar name in the print media associated with The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia). She is the creator of travelcolour.blogspot.my, a personal blog touching on almost any topic connected with travels. Her passion for travels has lead her to start- off her own blog, to share the world experiences on places she had travelled to around-the-world. Besides, sharing own experiences, the blogger writes on topics related to travels - hotels, food, and charitable works (corporate social responsibility) of travel-related subject. Writing has become a norm for Diana, as she has been a freelance journalist for a decade for mainstream newspaper, magazine Panache and the defunct New Thrill. On her journey through her writing life, she has been awarded for Rotary Club of Ipoh Pride of Workmanship Award 2006 and Rotary Club of Kinta Pride of Workmanship Award 2016, Tourism Malaysia for Certificate of Appreciation 2010, Tourism Perak for the Best Tourism Feature Writer (Print Media) 2017, and nominated for Singapore Tourism Board’s Media Award for the Best Tourism Singapore Article (Print Media) 2007 and Tourism Malaysia's Best Travel Media Buddy 2019. |
