Introduction	I'm a writer. I'm sarcastic but always self-deprecating in hopefully not too offensive sort of way. If you think Triumph, The Insult Dog isn't funny, then don't read my blogs. I want my own column, kind of a Sex And The City kind of thing but for REAL women who buy shoes at Pay-less sometimes, visit thrift stores frequently, drink boxed-wine in bed with a doggie on their lap and are not a perfect size 4. 3 Rules on here: You can't join my blog if 1. you're an ex or would-be ex, 2. if you're family (excluding my sister) or 3. if you're my employer--Sorry. Yes, I've been published in literary journals. No, you can't march into Border's and buy my book. I'm not that big--yet.

Favorite movies	Anything Cohen Bros or Tarantino. Alfie Hitchcock, Johnny Knoxville. Napoleon Dynamite.
Favorite music	The Pixies. R.E.M. The White Stripes. Them Crooked Vultures.
Favorite books	Favorite Author/s--Laurie Notaro and Bill Bryson, who are the funniest people I've ever read. Elizabeth Berg, Lee Smith, Gwen Rubio, Terry MacMillian, Dorthea Benton Frank, and good, ol' Larry McMurtry.
