| Introduction | Thank you for visiting my blog. My name is Parisa and as you may notice, I love to cook and bake. I’m a very busy nursing student, but no matter how busy I may become with home and school, I always find time to do some cooking or baking. I don’t have any professional culinary training myself, but give most of the credit to my mom who is an expert cook of Persian food and from whom I’ve learned so much …I love you Mom. These recipes that I am sharing with you, have personally been cooked, baked and tried myself. I have also on occasion, used my husband as a “study patient.” He has survived, and he often goes back for “second opinions!” I try to add a little “twist” to each recipe just to create something a little new and different. I also love to try new foods and different ideas. |
