Interesting question. Do you suppose there's someone at Google who's only job is to think of "Random" questions? Honestly, let's speak metaphorically. I have never looked for outward influences to see an inner light. It's something that burns brightly within. Sleep? There's plenty of time to sleep when I'm dead.
