Introduction	I am a Reiki Master and Hypnotherapist who provides onsite service. Well Being should not be a scheduling nightmare, so I come to you in the Greater Boston Area. My trainings is as a psychotherapist who primarily focuses on the MindBody connection. My philosophy is I believe my clients have the answers within; I'm just a catalyst to help them discover this inner knowledge through Traditional Counseling, Hypnotherapy and Energy Work or a combination of these modalities. The majority of my clients have experienced Trauma and Violence; empowerment and regaining control in their lives is usually a fundamental goal. I also provide workshops and educational seminars for First Responders and Community/ Professional Organizations; Consult with community leaders on developing programs, employee information and resources; and write this Blog “Health to Go”
