| Introduction | I am a family medicine doctor in Santa Monica, California at the same hospital where I was born. I have always wanted to be a physician in the community in which I live and affect change in peoples' lives through both preventative care and treatment of acute diseases. Interestingly, many of the conditions that I see in my office ranging from back pain, to depression, to sleep disturbances and diabetes can all be greatly influenced by the amount and type of exercise that people do. I believe that exercise is the answer to many of the questions that I get asked every day. I hope that this blog inspires you to exercise in a fun and beneficial way and that you feel better as a result of the exercise you do. |
