Introduction	Hi! I've always loved baking and making desserts. The first Christmas present I remember getting wasn’t an easy bake oven like my friends but I got a real mixer and a cook book and got to use the real oven (well, with my mother’s help of course). I've been baking ever since. I did wedding cakes for friends and family and then finally went to Pastry school at Scottsdale Culinary in AZ. This is to post some of my work and to share some ideas and recipes for fun, as well as to post the fun things my students are doing in my Wilton classes.
