| Introduction | Not much to say other than I enjoy life and new ventures/adventures. Technical challenges keep me occupied. Whether it's building cabinetry, welding up something I designed in my head, trying to get my computers to silence their "bongs" and respond to my request to create something, restoring old outboard motors, or restoring a Corvette or a Jeep CJ-5, I am constantly doing something with my small brain and large hands. I try to find enough time to fish three or four days a week. I'm no risk taker so I will never die in a skydiving accident unless someone falls on me. I have raised three children. My oldest daughter Dempsey, a nurse and mother of two boys (Doug soon to be a freshman at LSU and Patrick soon to conquer a new video game) --- Luke III father of a beautiful daughter (Kenaday) and a veteran of the Iraq war and currently a police officer in Mississippi --- and my youngest son Josh a former pro baseball player and currently a student at Auburn Univ. Gloria, my wife of many years is my companion and the compassionate judge of my technical projects. "Whadda you think?" is a question I have asked many times. "Looks good!" is her standard reply. |
