| Introduction | received his AA at Three Rivers Community College and his BSE in Education from Arkansas State University. He began his career teaching primary school in Doniphan, Missouri. To further his career he earned a Masters of Arts in Elementary Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. Mr. Priest enjoyed teaching in the classroom but saw an opportunity to make a bigger difference and began his administrative career in the Mountain View School District as an Elementary Principal. During this time he completed his EdS in School Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. Mr. Priest moved to Thayer Missouri in 2004 to open a new elementary school and moved into the superintendency in 2007. Mr. Priest is married to Marcia who is a graduate of Puxico, Missouri and is currently finishing her degree in Elementary Education and Library Science. They have one son, Joshua, who is attending Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri where he is pursuing a career in physical therapy. |
