| Introduction | I am a transplant to Missouri and I quickly fell in love with the quality of life in Missouri. Life is easy here and good here. Until I came in conflict with the revenue police and revenue courts. Then I fell in with a conservative group who urged me to re-read the US Constitution. The aliases for these municipal revenue schemes are: North County Justice, Just Us (no justice in St Louis), The culture. But simply, city police and courts exist for the sole purpose of taxing motorists travelling through their town. Many of the municipalities cannot exist without this illegal revenue stream.
