Introduction	Hey there! I am a down to earth kinda girl that loves fitness and wanting to spread the word on getting in shape! I have always been pretty fit all through high school and now that it's been a few years things aren't looking so good anymore lol! I'm always putting it off and saying "I'll start on Monday" or "I'm definately serious about this" and never was. The first program I used was Insanity along with Shakeology religiously and started to see AMAZING results! I recently got married in October and I was in the shape that I wanted to be all because of Beachbody and the support with my team. I became a coach because I knew I wanted to help people achieve their goals, get into shape and guide them in the right direction.
