| Introduction | I'm a US citizen, lived in Chile for about 3 years and started my expat blog to talk about my experiences. There are so many small differences between countries and yet, in some ways, we are all the same. Some of what I write may seem mundane, but, at least to me, it's all part of the adventure of living in another country with a different language and completely different customs. The good, the bad, the inexplicable I will post here. Although I am back in the US, I still go back to Chile occasionally and still want to record something of both countries. My experiences have certainly deepened my understanding of both Chilean and US politics. Yes, I am a political junkie.
