Introduction	I am currently working as an independent Education consultant, with a background in both the National and local contexts of schooling in Australia, as well as the IB PYP. I am working with international schools and teachers who have nominated Early Years education as their pathway and passion. Each school visit is unique, however I use workshops, coaching, co-teaching and observations to shape the direction of my collaborative approach to value-add and amplify school and teacher capacity. I have had the advantage of some influential and inspirational colleagues throughout my career and I would like to hear from you, about your experience in early education.
