| Introduction | Hello, and welcome to my blog! I'm a 28 year old graduate of UC Irvine, with degrees in Anthropology and Sociology, and a minor in Management. I've lived overseas for about 7 years of my life in Jordan and Egypt, and have had the fortunate opportunity to travel a great deal as well. I figured joining the Peace Corps was the logical thing to do! This blog was originally created to recount my PC adventures as a Municipal Development Volunteer in Honduras, but we very unfortunately were evacuated from the country due to the increasing dangers of staying there. The blog will now focus on my culinary adventures, as I learned how to be a better cook in Honduras and brought back my new skills to the states to continue the fun! |
