| Introduction | The Nail Tech Event of the Smokies is a yearly nails-only show held at the Gatlinburg TN Convention Center in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! This 1 day show on is held on a Sunday, but also features optional Saturday & Monday Workshops for hands-on nail & business education (cost is separate from Event).
